Inspiron 7559 connecting and heating issur

I recently bought dell inspiron 7558 4k touch 16 gb ram and with ssd by 1300 us$ . Right from the first day it bottom where ram and other gpu is present and middle part of keyboard gets hot even with cooling pad during playing game league of legends it gets more hot when charger is connected to laptop and also gives me fps from 60 or 70 to 300 or280 fps and also during playing game net dissconnect for a second and then i have to connect the game from start and i also have updated network drivers so How to fix this disconnect issue and is it normal that while charging inspiron 7559 get hot or u can say more hot when playing game during charging

I assume you are playing it on a level solid surface and ensuring the air is able to be pulled through the cooler and pumped out the back?

Maybe look at one of those laptop cooling pads with built in fans?
