Seem to be having major problems with my pc at the moment, I was in use a few days ago, I moved the computer slightly to allow room for another HDMI and it turned off instantly, I switched it back on but it loaded up with a black screen and cursor and that’s it, I tried to get into Regedit to try alter back to explorer.exe but my computer would crash when I tried to type in Regedit, A few attempts later it now says “A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed” I have downloaded the Installation Media and put it onto a USB, Tried it out but just to my luck NOW my computer will not allow me to click the F12 or DELETE to open up neither BIOS or Start Up Menus.. Leaving me absolutely out of ideas, I’ve watched several videos but nothing is helping, Very frustrating and not sure if I’m posting in the relevant topic but any advise or words would be great

Hi

Is this a desktop PC or a Laptop PC?

Desktop PC case can be opened easily
Laptop far more difficult to open (not advised)

If a desktop PC then read up on how to reset cmos (usually a jumper switch)
(First disconect mains power to system before opening case)

also check sata power & data cables to disk drives (Hard, SSD & DVD)

check both power supply cables to motherboard

If you have a graphics card check pci-e cable(s) to the graphics card

then close the case & try again and report back

sounds like hardware problem not software so stay away from regedit, debug etc

Also look at FAQ on how to diagnose new build PC problems as similar faults or errors are likely to have occured
