Installing Bios on New Harddrive

Hi guys, I want to ask about something. Not long ago, my laptops' harddrive was dead and can't be fixed. so, I want to buy a new internal Harddrive for my laptop. do I need to install Bios on my new Harddrive?

The BIOS has nothing to do with the hard drive.
You will have to install a new OS. And all your other applications.
