Installing digital antenna for toshiba

I'm trying to setup a digital antenna on a toshiba 40L5200U1. My only available choice under the setup installation screen is time zone. How do I unlock the other choices?

1. U may have a commercial-type TV that has locked options, I wouldn't have the faintest idea how u unlock.
2. Time Zone maybe just an initial must-do thing, so did you pick the time zone and then what happens?

Going to antenna typically doesn't require more than selecting Antenna/Cable, and SCAN.
