If your aksing what insurance you have, you'll have to check your documentation with your phone.

If your asking for an insurer that speacilises in electronics, try or google www.protectyourbubble.com. I know they operate in the UK, not sure for elsewhere

If you are wondering whether you have insurance on your current phone, then most likely do not. You can always look at your monthly bill for any indication of an insurance charge for your phone.

You could also go to an AT&T / Verizon store and ask them to look at your account. I think the insurance fee is about $3 - $5 per month.
