Is good for something? I don't know what means that 4 CPUs betwin the brackets.Is god for Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 at full speed?

I think it means that you would be buying four i3 CPU's. I don't recommend an i3 for gaming. If you want to game, at least start with an i5 and a decent GPU.

It means that there are 2 physical CPU's and 2 virtual CPU's making a total of 4 CPU cores. It will not perform nearly as well as a 4 physical core CPU
