When i looking for laptop. the laptop that i want offering many version:
1. the more expensive Intel® Core™ i5-3317U
2.Less expensive Intel® Core™ i3-3217U
both of them using HD 4000 grapich card. no difference in other spec.
The question is should i spend more money to buy the i5 one? will it give significant change?
i gonna use for watching video, adobe related work, programming, and Game Engine (unity3d right now).
And this is absolutely not for gaming purpose (well at least just facebook one)
I predict that i will need the laptop for just 3 year max.
They also have cheaper AMD one but can it stand for 3 year?

Defiantly go with the i5. It will give you headroom with all the Adobe work and programing you plan on doing. Hopefully it has at the very least 6GB of RAM as well, which would help a lot too.

When it comes to workloads like your describing, Intel chips are more up to the task than AMD's are, IMO.
