Solved! Intel Pentium b960 to i3-2310M

I have laptop Toshiba C850-1CC with processor Intel Pentium B960 which have supported sockets PGA988, FCPGA988. I wanna replace it with i3-2330M with sockets supported FCBGA1023, PPGA988. Will this work?

If the CPUs are different sockets, no. Even if they are the same socket, laptop CPU support is controlled by the BIOS as much as the physical socket so even if it fits, it may not work.
You need to look up your model and see if it was offered with different CPUs.
