internet access but page will loading

My laptop (8.1) internet access but page will loading and can't display anything..

I am not sure I understand your question. Are you saying the page will come up but isn't showing images? Or just not showing anything on any page anywhere? If the latter, that just means that your browser is working, not that the internet is. You would need to then check your internet connection.
