Internet Explorer messes up all my files...

Help! When I save a document as a PDF document, they are actually saved as Internet Explorer documents. I don't know why. Then, when I open them (through "open as" --> Microsoft Word), the program CONVERTS them from Internet Explorer files to Microsoft Word files, and they are all messed up in the end. What can I do in order to stop my PDF files from being saved as Internet Explorer files?

Your system is simply using Explorer as a default to load the PDF's ... rather than a different PDF reader.

Update your PDF reader and click yes to let it open PDF's by default.
