I think you mite be right AlHunekeButting in here but I saw you were still running Windows 7. Unless you have an Enterprise license, that is an unsupported OS and does not receive security updates from MS. You need to mover to Windows 10 or 11. Doing that may (with some luck) also fix you connectivity issue.....
A properly configured Win 7 device should still be able to access the Internet. However, the advice to move to Win 10 is good from a security standpoint. Win 11 won't like your 6th gen CPU in the aforementioned laptop.I think you mite be right AlHuneke
