I would love to see three charging methods built in:

• MagSafe on the left edge (supporting the same power adapter as the Mac), and use those same pogo pins to connect keyboards.
• Wireless (through the Apple logo, supporting reverse charging)
• USB-C

But this is Apple we're talking about. There will be the same clunky, ill-placed pogo pins on the back for keyboards. Wireless through the logo is possible, but I agree it's unlikely, since it might require the iPad to be 0.002 mm thicker, which would be the end of the world.
