The iPhone 15 is a great phone, but I would skip Apple's current phone for the iPhone 16, based on all of these rumored upgrades.

Skip the 16, buy the future discounted 15 Pro/Max and wait for the 17 where bigger changes are predicted. Most of the highlights you mention don't really warrant an upgrade and they are so slight, unless if you really need AI and have a phone which can't handle it. I have "AI" on my Pixel and Samsung phones. So far not impressed with any "AI" which most people probably won't use as intended anyways. All hype at the moment. 🤷‍♂️
