iphone with verizon wont work says cant authenticate my phone can u help

Got A Phone From Someone. Got It Activated With Verizon and Unlimited Minute Card. Its A Prepaid Phone. Verizon Had Not been Able To Get It Working Says Verizon Can Not authenticate My Phone. It Wont Work And Shows The Old Number Listed As Phone Number Instead Of New Number In My Account. How Do You Fix This Problem when Verizon Themselves Cant Seem To Get It Right?

Not much we can do there. You could have just gotten an incompetent service rep. Try calling Verizon again.
