I have an Iphone X which is locked to vodafone UK. I cannot run any sim on it. Can i sim unlock it from [some website] as they are unlocking it for 28 dollars which is way less than other providers of this service. And i wanna know is it a trusted website?

If the phone is yours, legit, and fully paid for, Vodaphone should unlock for free. From where did you purchase the phone?

i bought it from a market.. coz Locked phones are cheap

Guess you just found out why they are cheaper.
