Do NOT focus on the "TN" or "IPS" thing.
Look at individual monitors.

I've owned TN panels that were substantially better than IPS panels.
(yes, even in the color reproduction for you purists out there)

I plan to replace my monitor with Mr. panel. because I was tired of always getting ips panel screen with bleeding problems
