irula baby pad won't turn on

Just bought a 7" iRula baby pad - charged it up and it won't turn on.

To reset your tablet...

1. Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off.

2. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, for 5 to 10 seconds.

3. It should now start up correctly.
