Is an I5 6200u good enough?

Hi, I am looking for a new laptop
I want to use it for photoshop and manga studio but don't know if an
I5 6200u and 8 gb of ram are good enough.

Image editing is not very resource intensive. What you really want to look for in your new laptop is an IPS screen with at least FullHD (1920x1080) resolution for color and image accuracy.

So with an i5 6200u, 8gb ram and an full hd 1080 screen i will be able to run these sorta programs efficiently if i don't go over the top with layers and stuff?
