The processing performance of APUs are generally lower than Intel CPUs. The Radeon integrated graphics might be better than Intel HD graphics, then again it could be worse.
The AMD A8-9410 generally has lower performance than an Intel Core i3-7100u in processing performance. The Radeon R5 (Stoney Ridge) integrated graphics core is less powerful than the Intel HD 620 integrated graphics core. The following link to Notebookcheck.net includes all games that were benchmarked on both of the mentioned integrated graphic cores. While they rank the Radeon R5 (Stoney Ridge) at #289 and the Intel HD 620 at a lower #290 rank (for some strange reason), the game benchmarks indicates the Intel HD 620 does in fact perform better. In some cases much better.
Are you actually asking if the integrated GPU is any good? Well, depends on what you use your computer for. For multimedia and light gaming, yes, it is actually good. The APU from the 5th gen intel CPUs and newer are very good, they can handle games pre-2012 no problem. If you want to play more demanding games, you will need a more powerful dedicated video card.
There is a website where you can test if your computer meets the requirements to play a certain game -- www.systemrequirementslab.com
