is arm architecture same as krait 300???

I have a gs4 and I need to choose an sdk file between arm , arm64 and x86 amy cpu is krait 300

Everything I have read on them seems to say a single core Krait 300 has far better performance than a single core cortex a7. However, the Krait 300 is more of a power hog.

Anyone else?
