Question Is Dolby surround/Atmos supported for any IPTV providers or boxes

I have tried several IPTV boxes or firesticks and they claim to support Dolby 5.1 and/or Atmos but all report either Stereo PCM or Dolby 2.0 on my Sonos. Through Roku or Apple TV, I get the surround and Atmos sound, but not on IPTV.
