Is Huawei going to beat Apple in the smartphone market?

I just would like to know your thought since Huawei can make smartphone chips on their own and their chips are better than iPhone chips.

Depends on how you define "beat Apple" I guess. Huawei is limited by market and isn't even leading sales in their own country. (Unless you want to get into the whole Honor ownership thing).
