Question Is mobile Avast's Boos RAM option safe?

Is it safe to use the RAM optimization option provided by the Avast mobile app?

When i open the RAM optimization option shown here:

When i press the "GRANT ACCESS" button, i get this option:

So, what do you think? Is it safe to use the option, or could Avast misuse my data?

You will give AVAST the right to use your data. None can say if somehow they misuse your data now or in the future or somehow your data gets "public". Wouldn´t grant it to avast nor anyone else. (at least not voluntarily)
Just use the phones integrated cache delete option to "boost" your RAM. The same thing would AVAST do.
