So I was gonna get a Dell Laptop with a GTX 960m and a i7-6700HQ.
But I saw an MSI with the same processor and a GTX 970m, with performs better, and twice the RAM, and a 128 GB SSD+1 TB instead of 8GB+1TB.
But I've seen some great reviews of MSI and some bad ones. So should I get the MSI since the 970m will last longer/do better?

Solution
If it were between dell & MSI & specs were identical I'd always pick the dell on actual build quality.

The stronger GPU & proper ssd on the MSI though are going to make too big a difference to ignore.

MSI, in my experience, is a reliable company. I own multiple MSI products, and have found that all of them work. However, I would suggest, as with ALL companies, to keep the receipt in case that you fine an issue or wish to return it.

Right, plus the Backlit Keyboard and extreme cooling system make the price seem kind of fair.
Think I'm gonna save up for the MSI..I guarantee the 16 GB of RAM, 970m, and i7-6700HQ will last me a while with video editing and recording with the Elgato. (World at War, Black Ops, Black Ops 3/PS3, PS4 and PC)
