Is MY LAPTOP GOOD ENOUGH TO RECORD!

So lately iv been trying to start youtube gaming on my channel but iv been getting problems like fps drop BTW im using obs studio to record so this is my laptop

Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 @ 1.60GHz
1.60GHZ

Installed RAM 4.00GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x6--based processor

Is my laptop ok and is there a way to fix fps drop or is there something wrong with my laptop?
