Is my laptop rekt?

I have this Laptop called "Lenovo B450". I checked the specs online and all of them (the sites) said I have GPU/IGP "Nvidia G105M" or something like that. But I checked the Laptop itself and It only has "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD". Am I missing something? Is this laptop Rekt-ly Modified?

Hi,

According to Lenovo Support site for the specification of your laptop it's optional to have a NVIDIA GeForce G105M. Have you checked Device Manager and under Display Adapter check if you'll have 2 graphics driver.
