Question is Paramount+ *supposedly* down for anybody else in the UK?

Not sure if it’s just an issue with my 2nd Gen Fire TV Stick (it often lags for no reason) or if Paramount+ is experiencing some problems at the moment. Even when leaving the application open for over 10 mins it stays on a totally black screen.

I have put a link to a video showcasing what happens whenever i attempt to open the Paramount+ app on my Fire Stick:
