Is the laptop gfx cards out of date?

Hi There,

Looking to get a new laptop. I haven't decided if I should go Dell or HP for my workstation. Both of these 15" models have M2000M Quadro cards. Is this card a little out of date? Is there something coming in the near future?

I'll be running Blackmagic's Davinci Resolve, which is working with 4k video and sometimes I need something mobile. The config guide recommended something 'like the Dell 6800'. That's a 17", and too large for real portability (I'd just find a desktop to use at that point).

There should be a new Quadro out eventually, the M2000M is based on the last generation chips.
The top laptop Quadro now is the M5500
