Is there a netbook for my needs?

I would like to keep it under 400$ if possible

10"-12" but would like 10

3. What screen resolution do you want?
Higher the better

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable

5. How much battery life do you need?
As much as i can get so a 6 cell battery is a must

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

I intend to play N64, playstation, GBA, PSP and older computer games only.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop?
Skype, minor word processing, high speed browsing

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
80 gigs should be heaps. Ideally a SSD

would like it to have an SSD to save battery life and cut down on loading times, must have an HDMI port, USB 3 and Windows 7 as an OS

the reason I want a net book over a Laptop is because of the extra portability and hopefully longer battery life. Is there a Netbook (or one easily modded to fit my specs) out there?

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I find those 10inch screens unusable. The smallest size laptop I would buy would be 14inches anything smaller and I prefer a tablet for my occasional browsing/email checking.
