Hello. I'm new to databases, and trying to set up a database that will have a large number of PDFs attached. For the other fields in the database, I need the functionality of something like like Microsoft access, but I need to be able to search within the text of my PDFs the way you can in EndNote or Mendeley . Is there a piece of software that the happy medium between the two? Some sort of extension that would let a reference manager talk to traditional database might also work.
