The rest of your question got lost.

Copying from internal memory to computer is usually achieved by removing any (external) memory card and connecting the camera by USB lead to the computer.

Alternatively some cameras allow you to copy pictures between internal and external (card) memory using the camera's setup screens.

Investigate.
