Solved! is there a way to disable laptop keyboard and use a bluetooth keyboard

Solution
Only way that won't re-enable is to physically disconnect it. You can disable each time you boot the computer but it will re-enable on reboot. You can give it the wrong drivers, use some registry tricks to disable, etc. but in my experience something will update and bring it back.

Is something wrong with the onboard keyboard or you just don't want to accidentally hit keys while the Bluetooth one is being used?

Thanks - No - It just wont see the new Bluetooth keyboard and I think it is because of the onboard keyboard.
