Is there any possible way for me to use a bluetooth wireless headset on my laptop without having to buy an adapter?

So i got a wireless bluetooth headset thing for free. It was in a pile of junk that was gunna get tossed out while i was helping my friend clean out this house he rents to people. And i can use it on my phone easily. But i cant find a way to connect it to my laptop. Ive seen some laptops have built in bluetooth. Ive searched for it but i dont think mine has it. And i have no money to buy a usb bluetooth adapter for my laptop. Is there like a program or something i can download so i dont have to buy anything?

Soon find out whats the brand/model of this laptop? Look in device manager.

Anything saying bluetooth here? It maybe under network adapters

Get speccy that'll tell you what the model is and hopefully if BT is on it

The model # should also be under it

Look under hardware in speccy for anything to do with bluetooth.

Or look under the laptop find the model # type it in google and see what that says

I dont see a hardware choice. on the left i see "Summary operating system cpu ram motherboard graphics optical drives audio peripherals and network.
