Question Is there any way to connect an LG wireless soundbar (SH3K) to a Samsung TV that doesn't have an optical audio out connection?

I bought an LG "wireless" Soundbar (SH3K) a couple of years ago and was quickly stumped as to how to connect it to my Samsung TV (UN32EH4003) which lacks an optical digital audio output. I finally went back to try again and now realized (far too late to return the soundbar) that I may have been stumped not because I'm inept, but because there actually isn't any way to do so.

Is there any hack that would allow me to connect a TV that has RCA and HDMI outputs to a soundbar that's supposed to be connected to the TV with a Tosling audio cable?
