Is there anyway to use apple earphones with mic on windows 7?

my Windows 7 computer has two ports on it one for audio/earphones, and another for the mic input. the problem is that my apple earphones only have 1 connection jack, and i am only able to use one at a time (though i have yet to test if the mic it's self can work if plugged into the mic input)

is there any adapter or something that will allow me to use both?

am absolutely sure there is something out there, is a simple matter of matting a 4-collar 3.5mm TO one 3-collar stereo and one 2-collar 3.5mm for the mic. Try amazon.
