Question Is there even possibility to install 32-bit system on my laptop?

I bought and used Kiano Intellect X3 HD+ (Polish creation of chinese parts).

I made mistake and my Windows pre-installed with that system that made it corrupted beyond repair, the only possibility was clean installation from scratch.
Now here's where problems started - I installed Windows 10 Home 64-bit assuming it's what comes in factory setting, Kiano didn't specified which version of Windows 10 they exactly used other than Home. They used 32-bit version and that I discovered by digging around and figuring out when I tried installing drivers and failed.
One would think - fine, since 64-bit works, use 64-bit. Problem is the only drivers for tablet functions of that 2-in-1 (yes, that's 2-in-1 device) are 32-bit. No workarounds via other similiar devices producer at least not from what I found via IDs of hardware.
Seems UEFI is 64-bit, problem is there seemingely no way to force BIOS into any of supported 32-bit architectures. There are no option for legacy mode, no option for CSM (at least not one which I could surely check out) - Safe mode is turned off, nothing comes up anywhere in BIOS. This makes me wonder how the hell they installed 32-bit Windows 10 on UEFI which doesn't support it (I even double-checked at their phone support and they pretty much confirmed that this device comes with 32-bit version of Windows 10, they refused to help me with issue tho...). There must be way I'm missing clearly...
Is there possibly BIOS update to combat this? Or maybe there's hidden option I'm not seeing? Simply, is there ANY way I can force installation of 32-bit Windows 10 Home on this device?
Below I'm attaching view on most important menus of that BIOS.
