Is this a decent laptop for light gaming, streaming and writing?

I'll be moving every 2 months so I will be needing a laptop but I am pretty new to laptops. (Built a computer not to long ago but laptops are a whole other world.)

This laptop will mostly be used for light gaming(terraria, starbound, rome total war(2004) and also streaming (Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, ect.)

My question is, can the laptop I linked at the bottom handle all of this? My budget is pretty low since I don't get paid much. Any help or advice would be well appreciated.

Edit: Would this be a better option?

The Z585 model is what I used to have, it was very good for entertainment purposes (watching movies, "medium" level gaming like starcraft, battlefield, and multitasking). Also I eventually upgraded the cpu in that laptop to an A10-4600M then to an A10-5750M without any problems. Looking at what you plan on using your laptop for the Z585 model should be able to last you much longer than the Toshiba model. The battery life was around 3ish hrs while surfing the web and there were no heat issues either for the Z585
