Is this a good build for Video editing, 3D Modeling, & Animation.

Hi everyone this my first time building my own computer from scratch. I work as a freelance video editor and want to branch out into the 3D modeling. I'm planning on building a new tower from scratch and want to know if the list below is a good build. I'm not too concerned with price as long as the build works great. Any guidance would be a great help. Thanks

v-8 cooler is big and heavy.
you can get a 512 ssd for $350..........eliminate the HD.
i'd get a xeon processor.
maybe a workstation card.

First, I do 3D modelling, rendering, etc.

I would get a single 2TB hard drive and a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD. Then get another hard drive for backups.

I have found that for me, the AMD FX-8350 is a great CPU for 3D modeling. It has 8 cores, runs at 4GHz, and it only costs $200. You would also need a motherboard that could only support 32GB RAM, unless you use 16GB sticks. Just a consideration.

You should also look into buying only one video card: a GTX Titan Black.

For a CPU cooler, take a look at this one: Nuctua NH-D14
It's better and cheaper, but it's also huge. Noctua does have some smaller versions, though.
And yes, they are quite ugly. But they are the best. You can always paint it, if you want to.
