is this a good deal for the specs(Alienware)?

Currently it's on sale so that's why an Alienware laptop is actually competitive for the price. I checked other laptops with similar specs and they're about $50-100 cheaper...some are priced even higher. Would you recommend an Alienware laptop? Also, what do you think of the GTX 965m that is inside it?

It will play modern games easily but you wont be able to max out demanding games.

It doesnt matter how great the deal, the price to performance of a desktop will always be far more superior than a laptop.

You can expect the GTX 965M to have equal or slightly better performance than a desktop GTX 950.
