Is this a good laptop for gaming bang for your buck wise?

Basically using it for school and to replace my desktop because it's about 6 years old and this is much much better.

Anyways, this is my MAX price limit and it looks to be the most powerful graphics wise. What do you guys think?

You could build a killer desktop for that price. That being said, it's pretty good. There's no way I'd pay 1000$ for it though, mostly because I don't think gaming on a laptop is viable.

thanks for the response, I basically need something decent and really cheap then for school. And save the rest of the money for a desktop.

Maybe I can find something for 300 area that is decent and can get me by.
