Here is my current system:
Brand: DELL XPS 8500
Motherboard: Dell 0NW73C
System Chipset: Intel H77
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 3.40 ghz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155 LGA
Memory: 16 GB DDR3 Ram
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Pro
GPU : (single) AMD Radeon 7800 series
PSU: 450 Max Power, Model D460AM-01

I plan on upgrading the PSU and the graphics card to:

- SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W
- Nvidia GTX 1070 Founder's Edition

Questions:
Is this a good upgrade for VR?
Is the PSU a good match for the 1070?

Hi Sir . Ur Gpu Is Very Good And Suitable For VR
And 1070 Uses At max 160 Watt Without Overclocking
So i Think Due To Your Specs Ur Psu Should Be fine
