I pretty much willuse this for lower end gaming such as minecraft, portal, counter strike and other no so demanding games.

Or maybe this laptop?:
Intel Core i5-2410M Processor (2.30GHz, 3MB L3)
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64
15.6 W HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare, Midnight Black
Intel HD Graphics 3000
6 GB PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM 1333MHz SODIMM Memory (2 DIMM)
Keyboard UK English
320 GB Hard Disk Drive, 5400rpm
Multi Recorder Optical Drive (12.7mm)
6 cell 2.2Ah Li-Ion Battery
Country Pack United Kingdom with Line cord & 65W AC adapter
Bluetooth 3.0
ThinkPad b/g/n

only for lower end games though such as minecraft

Portal is fairly demanding, and it will require an actual graphics card. HD 3000 is not a graphics card; it's the graphics processor built into the CPU, and it's around the level of the previous "graphics card." Minecraft I don't know about, but you should be fine.
What kind of budget are you looking at?
