Is This GPU compatible with my motherboard?

So i have a R7 260x 2GB Core Edition and i wonder if it will work with my ASRock H61M-VG3 Motherboard (i have 4GB ddr3 of RAM and an Intel i5-3340 @ 3.10 GHz) and the psu dosent matter coz im upgrading it for one that has a 6pin cable for this gpu.Also the case is big enough
