is this headset any good?

Hey guys, I'm getting a pair of Sades 907 headphones and I'd like to know if anyone has had any experiences or knows anything about them or the company's quality.

I have a friend who has this headset. They sound nice, not too distant or anything and the bass is present however not booming. They are comfortable and relatively light, however the plastic does feel a little cheap. All in all, they are a great budget headset and they have lasted my friend well over a year.
