Is this laptop good for gaming ?

My budget is below 500 and I just want to play games like Total war series, assasin creed, hitman absolution, Max Payne 3... at medium settings. The specs of this laptop look pretty good to but I'm no tech expert. If anyone know something cheaper and better please suggest to me. Thanks.

I also found a cheaper one but seem to be just as good: Radeon HD 8570M 2gb, Processor - AMD A10 5750 - 2.4 GHz

The Toshiba with the 740M is a lot better than the G505.

Because of the screen size it should run things pretty decently, low/medium settings i think.

Of these two you should defently pick the first (one with i5 & GT 740M), pretty sure it's going to be faster.
