Is this laptop good for League of Legends/Minor gaming and schoolwork?

I mostly play League and other minor games but I also need something that's fast. I don't like laggy laptops because I do lots of multitasking and I watch videos.

The second one would be a better choice since it has a separate graphics card.

It has much better specs than the two laptops that you have posted, but if you are unable to pay that much, the second one would the way to go since it has a separate graphics card that will be helpful towards games.
