is this laptop good for rendering and some games?

1tb + 8 gb ssd
amd r7 m265 2gb
15.6 inch
i wanna use it for archicad 17 , 3dmax photoshop and some games like Cod black ops, fifa 14
not ultra but med to high and no lagging
it is good?

With the R7 M265, you will have to pay most games on low-medium detail to get a decent framerate. It is a tier 2 GPU according to http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R7-M265.109394.0.html.

Those rendering apps you mentioned support GPU rendering too, but will still draw more on the CPU. You could render with the i5 4200m, but rendering times will be longer than with an i7 CPU, which is what I would recommend for your purpose. Also, if possible, consider a desktop PC for rendering. You will get better rendering times for less money spent as the laptop CPU's and GPU's are vastly watered down versions of their desktop counterparts.
