Is this laptop good for the sims 3?

So I'm wanting to get a new laptop because my current one..doesn't meet the minimum requirements of the sims 3. So, yeah. Anyway my budget is $374 (AUD) and I've been looking at outlets and I've found one that would work but I really don't know. So what do you think? Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks, I thought it would be fine but I wanted to double check because I know so little about laptops in general and just wanted to make sure I didn't overlook anything.
