I ask because the Acer is cheaper but has a GT 240M, while the Asus from BestBuy has a GTX 260M but is more expensive. I'm looking to play Fallout 3 or WoW on max settings.

Well, I personally would be happy with a 240M, but if you really want to do max levels, the 260M is the way to go. Since it seems you're after performance more than savings, go for it!
