is this macbook usuable

Is this macbook something that is worth updating? If so, what recommendations.

It should browse the web & run office type apps just fine. Even a bunch of older games.
AS for updating - its a laptop and about the only thing upgradable is the ram and hdd which I would not worry about with internet & office apps.
